Confidentiality is a key component of our practice. We do not share any client information with third parties. Client quotes featured on the Testimonials page are genuine; however, names have been changed or initials used to protect the privacy of those providing feedback. The same rule applies to the 16 stories shared in our books, lectures, and seminars.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.
When you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for one year. Selecting “Remember Me” will extend your login for two weeks. Editing or publishing an article adds an additional cookie storing the post ID; it expires after one day.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. No other data is shared externally.
