Sessions last 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 and are now done remotely by phone, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc. If calling from outside of the USA, keep in mind the time difference. Calls start at 8 am US EST (afternoon in Europe, evening in Asia). Consultations are conducted in English or French.
To maximize retention, you can record the session. Test the equipment in advance. Full birth date, with hour and place of birth, is required. Payment is due at booking. Preparation time, ahead of each consultation, is not charged additionally to you.

Space audit is a secondary step to a Personal consultation and requires a minimal time budget of 3 to 6 hours. Internet tools, videos and pictures, now allow effective analysis without site visit. Please provide building date (to the best of your knowledge), address and accurate floor plans ahead of time. Recommendations are given at the time of the consultation.
As concentration is a much needed skill to prepare for, conduct and follow up the session, I do not answer the phone outside of scheduled time. Email is the preferred mode of communication, before and after appointments. I cannot keep track of text, messenger, Skype, WhatsApp messages sent to me. Do not take it personal.
