The space audit is most appropriate when difficulties arise following a move, a major renovation project or space restructuring. Symptoms include lack of performance, loss of vitality, unexpected dysfunctions or social/family tension. Ideally our intervention should take place early in the project planning phase but it is far from the norm.
We discourage requests based on vague objectives 1 or decoration oriented. Classical Feng Shui audit dwells with colors, forms and materials, but its primary objective is the optimal placement of functions in a given space. It is not aesthetic in nature. As a professional tool to assess performance limitations, it works well in conjunction with more traditional business and personal evaluation techniques. Traditionally in Asia, pricing is based on space footage. Our fees are based on hourly and daily rates aligned with business consulting practice. We encourage you to contact us directly for price and quotation, based on your specific needs and not just the footage of your space. A price reduction applies to non business clients.
Confidentiality is a key commitment for us. We therefore do not publish a client list. We provide references at the appropriate time and only with explicit consent of existing clients.
